WestJet has dropped the price of their late October to first half of November flights from Toronto to Liberia, Costa Rica down to between $341 and $441 CAD roundtrip including taxes.
The flights are nonstop both ways.
UPDATE - A couple dates in November have become available again for $341 to $371 CAD roundtrip.
