Whoa, there are some ridiculously cheap flights to Africa at the moment!
KLM announced a 5 day flash sale to Africa...
But I'm finding there are prices that are even cheaper than on KLM.com
Try this search on Kayak for example:
https://www.kayak.com/flights/#yyz-NBO/2011-09-26-flexible/2011-10-17-flexible
Which shows a flight in September/October for just $754 CDN roundtrip after tax, through Vayama.com
There are similarly priced flights in other months, just try a 3 day flexible date search on Kayak and see what comes up.
Other cities that could have really cheap flights include...
Accra, Ghana (ACC)
Entebbe, Uganda (EBB)
Mombasa (MBA)
Johannesburg, South Africa (JNB)
Lagos, Nigeria (LOS)

July flights to Portugal are now cheap - $396 roundtrip after tax

They're not quite as cheap as the ridiculous June flights, but it looks like July prices to Lisbon, Portugal just dropped. Will they drop to sub-$300 levels like they did in June ? Impossible to say, but sub-$400 to Portugal in peak summer season is still pretty amazing.

Yes, that June 20 to 28 flight from Toronto to Porto, Porutgal has dropped another $50. Because a flight from Toronto to Portugal for $330 roundtrip after all taxes apparently wasn't crazy enough.
