Toronto to Costa Rica - $309 to $411 CAD roundtrip including taxes [Nonstop Flights]

Porter Airlines has dropped the price of a few flights from Toronto to Liberia, Costa Rica down to between $319 and $451 CAD roundtrip including taxes.
The flights are nonstop both ways.
The base fare is $319 to $391 roundtrip and includes only a personal item. Add $60 roundtrip for a checked bag.
UPDATE 1: WestJet has responded with base fares of $288 roundtrip in January, March, and April. The realistic price with carry-on or a checked bag is around $411 roundtrip.
UPDATE 2: Porter has responded with base fares of $249 roundtrip in late March, and April. The realistic price with a checked bag is $309 roundtrip.
UPDATE 3: Air Transat is showing a few December flights from Toronto to San Jose, Costa Rica for $340 roundtrip. The realistic price with a carry-on bag is $410 roundtrip.
UPDATE 4: Porter has base fares of $290 roundtrip in January. The realistic price with a checked bag is $350 roundtrip. San Jose is no longer cheap.
