WestJet has dropped the price of their flights from Toronto to Liberia, Costa Rica down to $331 CAD roundtrip including taxes.
The flights are nonstop both ways
December is generally considered the start of dry season.
UPDATE: Air Canada is showing nonstop flights between October and mid December 2024 for $436-$462 roundtrip. The WestJet flights have not been a good deal ever since they removed carry-on from their cheapest fares.

November, early December 2024 - $431 roundtrip [Start of Dry]
