Porter Airlines has dropped the price of a few flights from Toronto to Liberia, Costa Rica down to between $319 and $451 CAD roundtrip including taxes.
The flights are nonstop both ways.
The base fare is $319 to $391 roundtrip and includes only a personal item. Add $60 roundtrip for a checked bag.
UPDATE: WestJet has responded with base fares of $288 roundtrip in January, March, and April. The realistic price with carry-on or a checked bag is around $411 roundtrip.
