Today the Ultimate All Inclusive Deal Finder calculated a deal score of 87 out of 100, which is the highest score in the system.

Basically it means that this is the best deal for the money out of the approximately 1.1 million all inclusive packages available out of Toronto. It's a 7 night all inclusive package from Toronto to the Gran Caribe Playa Blanca in Cayo Largo, Cuba. It includes flight, accommodations, and all meals and drinks.

For a price this ridiculous, you might expect the resort to be a dump. Well, not so fast. The Deal Score calculation takes both price and quality (based on TripAdvisor data) into consideration. It wouldn't get such a high score if it was a terrible resort.

The reviews on TripAdvisor suggest that it's of above average quality. but perhaps not quite deserving of it's claim to be a '4 star'.

Anyways, if you're looking for a 7 night all inclusive vacation that costs less than most flights alone, it's definitely worth a look.
